CleanSpark Inc. (Nasdaq: CLSK) officially acquired GRIID Infrastructure Inc. (Nasdaq: GRDI) on October 30, 2024, following shareholder approval from GRIID’s stakeholders two days earlier.

This $155 million all-stock deal will significantly expand CleanSpark’s infrastructure, contributing over 400 MW of capacity over the coming years. CleanSpark also issued a $5 million loan to GRIID and allocated $50.9 million to clear outstanding obligations, ensuring robust growth for both entities.
