In a recent analysis, the 52Pi Low-Profile Plus cooler has demonstrated exceptional performance when paired with the Bitaxe Gamma Bitcoin miner. The cooler’s design, featuring four copper heat pipes and a substantial base plate, effectively dissipates heat, maintaining optimal operating temperatures for the Bitaxe Gamma.

The Bitaxe Gamma, equipped with the BM1370 ASIC from the Antminer S21 Pro, achieves a hashrate between 1.0 to 1.2 TH/s with an energy efficiency of approximately 15 J/TH.

Proper cooling is essential to sustain these performance levels and prevent overheating.

Testing revealed that the 52Pi Low-Profile Plus cooler, when combined with a Noctua NF-A6x15 fan, outperformed other cooling solutions, including the ‘Ötzi’ cooler.

The enhanced design of the 52Pi cooler allows for more efficient heat transfer, resulting in lower ASIC temperatures and improved miner stability.

The integration of the 52Pi Low-Profile Plus cooler with the Bitaxe Gamma underscores the importance of selecting appropriate cooling solutions to maximize mining hardware performance and longevity.

This combination offers a compelling option for miners seeking to optimize their operations.
