Bart Mol, a Bitcoin Podcaster and innovator, has introduced a custom-built “Home Assistant dashboard” designed to streamline the monitoring of BitAxe mining operations.

Unveiled on X.com, Mol shared the development, stating that his motivation stemmed from the challenge of tracking multiple BitAxes efficiently.

Key Features of the Dashboard

The dashboard showcases advanced metrics, such as aggregated hashrate, power consumption, efficiency, and detailed stats for individual BitAxe miners. It also integrates data from the Satoshi Radio mining pool, presenting crucial insights into pool performance and operational status.

Each BitAxe miner’s information is organized, featuring hashrate, power usage, temperature, and fan speed, ensuring that users can manage their devices with precision. Additionally, the firmware supports detailed performance tracking for different miner models, including BitAxe Supra and BitAxe Gamma.

Firmware Upgrade for Enhanced Functionality

Mol highlighted that the dashboard firmware is a work in progress and is built to enable customization for miners with varied setups.

As part of this ongoing project, feedback is welcomed from the mining community to refine its features further. By leveraging open-source technologies, this initiative aims to empower Bitcoin miners with a tailored and accessible solution.

Community Collaboration Encouraged

In his post, Mol shared the GitHub repository for the dashboard, inviting other enthusiasts to join in the development process. “Monitor miner stats, pool performance, and more with ease—all for free and open source,” he emphasized.
