I’ve decided to rotate my connections on Linkedin each week to ensure that my network consists of genuine connections and opportunities.
Here’s why I’m implementing this change:
1. Real Opportunities: Engaging with individuals who contribute to meaningful discussions and career growth is crucial for me. Passive connections bring no real-time value.
2. Feed Relevance: My mission is to keep my feed focused and valuable. A cluttered feed diminishes the essence of LinkedIn.
3. Purposeful Connections: Connecting without any meaningful interaction or introduction is counterproductive. It’s important to me that my connections serve a purpose.
If there isn’t any meaningful engagement within 5 business days, I will remove the connection to maintain a purpose-driven network.
