This was a project that I wanted to take care of months ago, but things come up, life happens. I was fortunate to have enough time to restore a family member’s piece of furniture.

It was important that i do this because, well, working isn’t always about the money. Sometimes, you just want to restore something because it can be restored.

Woodworking isn’t my expertise, but I enjoyed reinforcing the strength of the socket of the back right leg.

I simply added a new block from the spare wood that I had available. I lodged the wooden block with standard 2-1/2″ drywall screws.
