AGM Group Holdings is advancing a desktop Bitcoin mining device developed with HashBeaver from pilot production toward volume manufacturing and commercial sales. The compact node uses a purpose-built ASIC for SHA-256 hashing and is designed for homes, offices and developers.

The project entered pilot production in September. AGM is responsible for systems engineering, hardware integration, thermal engineering, reliability testing, manufacturing quality and supply-chain coordination. HashBeaver is contributing ASIC chip development, firmware optimization, algorithms and mining-pool connectivity.

AGM’s September 15 commercialization update says the partners are now preparing product testing, applicable certifications and volume manufacturing. Planned sales channels include official websites, regional distributors and bulk purchases by partners. Final hashrate, power consumption, noise, retail pricing, initial markets and delivery schedules have not yet been validated publicly.

The device is also intended to support remote monitoring and DePIN connectivity. Planned management functions include recommendations based on temperature, power consumption and network conditions, anomaly detection, fan and thermal optimization, electricity-price-aware operating schedules and management of multiple devices.

The AI terminology surrounding the product does not mean its ASIC performs general-purpose AI inference. AGM says the first-generation node’s local ASIC capacity is dedicated to SHA-256 Bitcoin mining. Proposed AI functions would assist with device management or connect users to separately integrated cloud computing services.

Commercialization remains a development milestone rather than proof of mass-market availability. AGM says production batches and inventory will be aligned with confirmed orders and sales-channel performance. Revenue would depend on actual product deliveries and completed contractual obligations.

The project reflects a broader effort to bring purpose-built Bitcoin ASIC hardware into smaller environments while combining mining-pool connectivity, device telemetry and remote management in a single desktop system. Verified efficiency and acoustic performance will be important once AGM and HashBeaver disclose final specifications because household and office deployments face tighter power, heat and noise constraints than industrial mining sites.
