Nebius is raising pay-as-you-go prices for selected NVIDIA GPU cloud instances as demand for artificial intelligence computing continues to strain available capacity.
Beginning October 1, selected NVIDIA GPU rates will increase roughly 17% to 21%, according to Reuters. Some CPU-only instances will rise about 25%, while selected memory offerings will increase about 41%. The move marks Nebius’ second price increase in three months.
The increases provide another signal that the AI infrastructure boom is extending beyond GPUs. Large AI clusters also require substantial power, cooling, networking, CPUs and memory, putting pressure across the physical data-center stack.
Nebius said customers reserving large-scale clusters for multiple months can receive commitment discounts. Reuters also reported that the company’s recent AI cloud growth included four customer contracts averaging more than $1 billion each.
The pricing trend follows the same infrastructure pressure visible in Crusoe’s NVIDIA compute agreement with Perplexity, as specialized AI cloud operators race to secure accelerators, data-center capacity and electrical infrastructure.
