BlackRock reported that its digital-asset exchange-traded products attracted $7.9 billion in net inflows during Q3 2026, ending September with about $79.6 billion in assets under management.

BlackRock’s official Q3 results confirm the figure more precisely: $7.907 billion of net flows into digital assets and $79.632 billion in digital-asset AUM. The category represented about 1% of BlackRock’s total AUM, while the firm ended the quarter with $15.5 trillion overall and $205 billion in total quarterly net inflows.

The reported digital-asset AUM rose from about $48.8 billion at the start of the quarter to $79.6 billion at the end—roughly a 63% increase. Because the AUM gain was far larger than the $7.9 billion of new money, market appreciation accounted for a substantial share of the growth. Reuters separately reported that BlackRock’s broader iShares ETF business took in $134.5 billion during the quarter.

The result extends a trend BitcoinVersus.Tech has followed since BlackRock began widening institutional access to crypto. Earlier coverage tracked BlackRock’s Bitcoin ETF expansion, the point when its Bitcoin ETF surpassed its gold ETF in AUM, and Larry Fink’s argument that Bitcoin could rival the housing market.
