Grant Cardone’s real estate investment firm, Cardone Capital, reportedly purchased 15 Bitcoin worth approximately $1.16 million during the latest market pullback. Bitcoin Magazine reported the acquisition on October 30, 2026, adding another purchase to the property investor’s stated Bitcoin accumulation strategy.
The post identified the buyer as Cardone Capital, which Cardone describes as managing roughly $5.3 billion in assets. That figure refers to the firm’s broader investment business, not its Bitcoin holdings. The reported 15-BTC transaction has not been independently corroborated with a disclosed wallet transaction or audited statement.

Two Purchases Reported in Six Days
This was not the first reported purchase during the October decline. On October 24, Bitcoin Magazine said the company had acquired 16 BTC worth $1.28 million. Together the two posts describe 31 BTC valued at approximately $2.44 million at their respective reporting times. They are separate reported purchases, not proof of the firm’s current balance.

The implied purchase values also differ: approximately $80,000 per coin for the earlier report versus about $77,333 for the latest one. These are approximate ratios derived from rounded social-media figures, not confirmed exchange execution prices. The chart compares purchased quantities rather than attempting to chart Bitcoin’s daily market price.
Bitcoin Magazine’s earlier October 24 report described a separate 16-BTC purchase.
Why Cardone Pairs Property Cash Flow With Bitcoin
The acquisitions fit Cardone Capital’s published investment model: buy income-producing real estate, combine it with Bitcoin, and use positive rental-property cash flow to continue purchasing the cryptocurrency. The firm says it uses dollar-cost averaging rather than relying solely on attempts to time market bottoms.
In a June interview covered by CoinDesk, Cardone described this approach as distinct from Bitcoin treasury companies funded by issuing equity or debt. Yet the model still exposes investors to cryptocurrency drawdowns and property expenses. Positive rental income does not guarantee positive investment returns.
In a February 2026 interview with Scott Melker, Cardone discusses buying Bitcoin alongside income-producing real estate.
Cardone’s buying posture follows his separate October 28 proposal to wager $1 million with investor Jason Calacanis on Bitcoin reaching another high by 2028. That public challenge remains separate from the latest buying report. Investors evaluating Cardone Capital’s strategy need independently verifiable fund disclosures, not just headline purchase announcements.
