SpaceX Super Intelligence announced a new unified subscription in an X post on October 12, 2026, bringing Grok, Grok Bot, Cursor and paid X features under one plan.
The company’s official announcement says The X Subscription has a free tier plus paid plans at $8, $30, $100 and $200 per month. Grok and Cursor draw from a shared usage pool, while third-party models inside Cursor are billed separately on eligible tiers.
The bundle connects several trends BitcoinVersus.Tech has been tracking: Grok becoming a shared AI coworker, Grok Build moving deeper into development workflows, and AI assistants gaining direct access to developer tooling and documentation.
Cursor’s own support documentation independently confirms the shared Grok-and-Cursor usage model and says switching is optional for existing customers. Current subscribers can keep their present plans unless they choose to move.
What remains to be seen is whether one combined subscription changes how users split their time between social media, general-purpose AI and coding agents. The confirmed change today is simpler: tools that previously lived behind separate subscriptions can now be purchased as one package.
