SpaceX’s June 5 SEC filing says Google agreed to pay $920 million per month from October 2026 through June 2029 for access to roughly 110,000 NVIDIA GPUs, plus CPUs, memory and related infrastructure.

That means the agreement has entered its full-fee period this month after a reduced-fee capacity ramp through September. The SEC filing says Google keeps ownership and intellectual-property rights to its models, content and data.

Sawyer Merritt highlighted the filing when the agreement was disclosed in June.

The contract is large, but it is not guaranteed through 2029. If SpaceX missed its September 30 GPU commitment, Google can terminate after a one-month grace period or accept reduced capacity at a proportional price. After December 31, either party can terminate with 90 days’ notice. Reuters reported the agreement when it was filed.

The deal fits SpaceXAI’s rapid buildout. BitcoinVersus.Tech has covered its planned 660,000-GPU Colossus expansion, its reported $40 billion NVIDIA financing push, and Google’s separate plan to send AI chips into space.
