Elon Musk says SpaceX could grow to a $100 trillion-plus market capitalization within 10 years, provided the world avoids a major global conflict. The forecast surfaced on X on October 15 after investor Ron Baron discussed much larger long-term valuations for SpaceX. Yahoo Finance reported that SpaceX was worth about $2.07 trillion at the October 14 close, putting Musk’s projection at roughly 48 times its current market value.

Watcher.Guru highlighted Musk’s $100 trillion SpaceX market-cap projection on X.

The figure is a valuation forecast, not a revenue forecast. Reaching it would require investors to place dramatically more value on SpaceX’s launch business, Starlink, Starship, mobile connectivity and AI infrastructure. BitcoinVersus.Tech has recently covered a reported $920 million-a-month SpaceX AI compute deal, its reported effort to raise $40 billion for AI-chip infrastructure, and companies trying to challenge SpaceX.

Bloomberg Television reviewed SpaceX’s first quarterly results after its 2026 public listing, providing financial context for the company’s current scale.

Musk’s target remains a projection, not guaranteed company guidance. A Reuters report on October 15 showed investors becoming more demanding about valuations and capital-intensive AI projects as rates rise. SpaceX would need years of sustained execution and growth for a $100 trillion valuation to become plausible.
